Course of events:

In the evening your skis or boards are collected by our service employees at your accommodation. Then they are serviced. In the morning of the following day we will bring back your equipment.

Only with perfectly prepared sports equipment you can avoid quick tiredness and possible injuries. Moreover, your skiing ability will improve due to a perfectly serviced ski.

The top modern ski- and board service robot  MONTANA SAPHIR is used to automatically stone grind one pair of skis or 1 snowboard on the base, sharpening the edges as well as tune the base edge with High Tech Tuning.

The process in service is very precise thanks to the robot technology

At first the base of the winter gear will be prepared in a stone grinding process. With the structuring of the base, the gliding properties of the skis or the boards will be matched with slope conditions e.g. coarser or finer structures can be ground, computer controlled, depending snow conditions.

The side edges will smoothly be tuned in a perfect angle from tip to tail with an exactly defined pressure curve. As a next step, the ski or board gets a perfectly defined angle on the base side. The result is a polished edge with high gloss with a perfect geometry.
